Gavin is keeping very busy these days learning new things, like how to use his fork, and exploring new places, like today when he climbed up onto the couch by himself (and sadly decided to dive right off head first). He's a tough little guy though. :) He's also busy with his friends, and it's really cute to watch his gentle nature come out around other kids (at least I hope it stays that way!).
Yesterday, we went to my friend Marcy's house, where we played with her son Lorenzo, his little friend Eloise, and Lorenzo's pet chickens. Gavin was highly entertained.

this is what Gavin would call a "tunnah!"
Last week, my friend Kristi brought her little girl Madison over for the day, and we had a great time as always. They're 3 months apart, and I swear Madison has a crush on Gavin, the way her eyes follow him all around the room. And he acts like he doesn't know. :)

showing Madison his favorite spot to play, and watch the occasional car, school bus, or garbage truck go by.

I turned on Gavin's "Baby McDonald" video and he Madison were thrilled. Just look at these two little lovebirds...the body language says it all. :)
