Here it is...January, and I'm just now posting pics from 4 months ago. It's hard to keep up with the blog when I can hardly keep up with dishes and laundry around here. :) So here's a visual re-cap of what we've been up to:
My friend, Sarah, and I took our kids to Lakeview Farms, which is one of the less busy pumpkin patches around and the boys had fun picking out pumkins and riding a train and a boat all the way around the farm.

As most everyone knows, Gavin is obsessed with car makes & models. So, when it came time to carve our pumpkin, I tried to make his favorite symbols.
Volkswagon, Mitsubishi, Mercedes, Toyota, Mazda, and Chevy. Not too bad, right?

Some of the other moms in our neighborhood decided it would be fun to do a happy hour once a week in our garages (while it was still somewhat warm outside). The kids enjoyed playing and making chalk pictures, while we enjoyed some adult conversation. Now that it's cold, we've decided morning coffee dates indoors works better.
Gavin mastered the pee portion of potty-training, and was quite proud of himself.
